Here's how we work! Bring in your quality children's clothing, sizes: Preemie-14, maternity wear, baby items, furniture and toys, and we will give you cash or in-store credit, at the percentages listed below, based on our selling price. Items are accepted Monday - Saturday, no appointment necessary. Trades brought in prior to 3:00 p.m. should be processed the same day, while items brought in after 3:00 p.m. will be completed the next business day.
Please note, we are not able to accept trade-ins on Quarter Sale Weekend, which is traditionally the last Friday and Saturday of each month. These dates may change, especially during the holiday season, to accommodate our customers. Our store is so busy on this weekend that we are simply unable to process clothing items in a timely fashion, or store your clothing items until a later date. Although purchasing percentages will vary throughout the year, we accept clothing items from all seasons any time! Spring - Summer, Fall - Winter, any time!!
We also accept safety approved baby items, furniture and toys which are in good condition and totally functional. Toys and/or furniture that have been recalled, or have missing parts, cannot be purchased unless they have clearly been upgraded and/or modified to the manufacturer's requirements.
Our staff will determine a fair price at which to offer the item to our customers, and you are awarded a percentage (either cash or store credit). Credit is the higher of the two options; however, cash may be paid for all clothing and furniture items we accept. Any cash paid for merchandise must be picked up by the seller no later than the end of the month in which the trade was completed, or it will be converted to its higher credit equivalent and placed into a store credit account. A store credit account is revolving and may be used immediately. It will not expire unless there is two years of inactivity. Because of its revolving nature, and the varying percentages paid for merchandise, store credit accounts may not be converted to cash.
Anyone visiting our store will immediately notice that we try to maintain high quality and standards for our customers. Therefore, we cannot accept clothes with odors, stains, tears, buttons missing; or clothing that is stretched out, pilled, or out of style. Please wash and fold your clothes prior to bringing them into the store. The volume of our business normally prevents us from repairing or laundering your clothing. We ask that you bring your items in a container that you can leave while your trade is being processed. This can be any kind of bag, box or bin.
While we do not set a limit on the amount of items you may bring in at one time, we highly encourage our customers to be reasonable. We can then process all trades in a timely and efficient manner. Unusually large trades tend to slow our turn-around time so we ask that customers consider splitting those into two (2) or more trips to the store. In fairness to all of our customers, exceptionally large trades cannot be processed in the usual “first come, first served” basis.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO WAIT FOR YOUR ITEMS TO SELL. ONCE WE ACCEPT ITEMS, YOU IMMEDIATELY RECEIVE A PERCENTAGE OF THEIR TOTAL RESALE VALUE IN EITHER CASH OR STORE CREDIT:

Items not purchased for resale may be donated to the store or taken back the same day. Donated and/or abandoned items will be made available to our customers at our monthly .25¢ Sale, held on the last Friday and Saturday of every month. This weekend is also “Tag Sale” time – SO DON'T MISS IT! All .25¢ items not sold are donated to United Way Charities.
This system has proven to be much more successful and beneficial to both the customer and the seller than other "consignment" or "all cash" methods. Sellers benefit instantly, and our customers are constantly exposed to new inventory.
